RED ROCK Casino - Resort - Spa Las Vegas

This is a new feature to the site. I borrowed the pictures from their website to show the reader how beautiful the casino truly is. I visited there to see if what everyone had told me was true. It was! The water features were beautiful without being overstated. There was a lot of my personal favorite, WOOD. The picture above doesn't do justice to the shear size of the chandelier. It is two stories high. You are only seeing one. Also, you are seeing only one of two grand staircases in the lobby. As you can see, the decor is elegant without being gaudy.

Food is no problem at Red Rock. There are nine restaurants and cafés as well as Quick Serve Outlets. Whatever you are hungry for, you can probably find it. Below is a list of the offerings: T-Bones Chophouse..........Steaks, Seafood Terra Rossa..........................Italian, Ciao Cabo Mexican Restaurant...umm...I think Mexican, Señor Grand Cafe............................American Bistro The Salt Lick Bar B-Q.........Barbeque, TEXAS Style, Ye Haw Tides Oyster Bar..................Louisiana Cooking, Ayeee Turf Grill.................................Blue Plate Specials Feast Buffet..........................Food from around the World Sandbar................................Salads, appetizers, burgers and more

This is a lot like my pool at home, except palm trees don't grow very well in Missouri.

This is the round bar in the center of the casino floor. If you get tired of winning their money, take a break here.

I didn't tour the spa, but next time I will.

| If you still have energy left after all of the other activities, you can get on the treadmill for an hour in preparation for the next buffet. This ends our featured casino page on Red Rock. I hope you will stay there some time. They are away from the strip, and are so complete, you never want to leave. | The casino is very large. The table games, are just as pictured, but go all the way around the bar to the right (behind the red curtains). I don't know how many table games there were, but I counted almost 40 Blackjack tables. They had single deck, but Blackjack paid 6:5. They also had Continuous Shuffling Machines in use with six decks in them. Don't worry about them if you are using betting progressions. They are probably better for progressions because of the better mixing of cards. You don't have long losing streaks so you generally lose less than with shoes. They also had six deck shoe games and two deck games as well. Minimum bet was just $5 on most tables, which surprised me. You would almost expect the table minimums to be $10-15 in such a luxurious casino. |
